Shipping & Returns
At Libe Manufacturing, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers. Due to the nature of our products and for the health and hygiene of all our customers, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@libemanufacturing.com. We will gladly assist you with a replacement as per our damaged or defective item policy.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as our processing system is designed for immediate order fulfillment. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for any purchase. For damaged or defective items, a replacement will be issued.
Order Processing Time:
Orders placed on our website will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out within 5 to 8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via (UPS) unless otherwise specified. We offer standard shipping for all orders.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Times:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2-5 business days for samples to be shipped out and 7-14 business days for bulk orders. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays, those days are also NOT included in our processing time. Business days are Monday - Friday.

Domestic Shipping (within the United States): Typically takes 2-7 business days for delivery after shipment has been sent out.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for international orders to be delivered.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Libe Manufacturing is not liable for any delays or additional shipping charges incurred due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
